Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KidStoryVideo (kidstoryvideo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

KidStoryVideo is an AI service that generates short animated story videos with consistent characters from your prompts and uploaded reference photos. Generation is powered by third-party AI models; results are creative output and may vary between runs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Sign-in is via Google only; you are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activity under your KidStoryVideo account. The service is not for use by children directly — see our Privacy Policy for how children's photos are handled.

Your Content and Consent

• You retain ownership of the photos and prompts you upload, and of the story videos generated for you, to the extent permitted by law.
• You grant us the license needed to store and process your content solely to operate the service (including sending it to AI model providers for generation).
• You may only upload photos you have the right to use. For photos of a child, you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have the guardian's explicit permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of any person without the right or consent described above.
• Create content that is unlawful, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate — this is a children's storytelling service.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, abuse the generation pipeline, or interfere with the service.
• Resell the service itself without our written permission (using generated videos for your own family, classroom, or channel is fine).

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Credits, Payment and Billing

Video generation consumes credits. Credits come with subscriptions (billed in advance for each period) or one-time credit packs, as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a generation fails, the consumed credits for that attempt are automatically refunded to your balance. Because AI generation incurs real compute costs at the moment of creation, completed generations are not refundable; billing errors and subscription refunds are handled case by case — contact us.

AI Output Disclaimer

Generated videos are produced by AI models and may contain imperfections or deviate from your prompt. We do not guarantee any particular quality, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the service.
